Find your Pre-Award URA
Baylor University transitioned to a new model for post-award sponsored project management, effective February 2, 2026, in which Business Offices support Principal Investigators (PIs) in the post-award management of sponsored projects.
As part of this transition, the Post-Award URA position has been dissolved and related post-award information has been removed from this page. This streamlined structure removes duplicative steps and simplifies processes by providing PIs with a single point of contact for day-to-day sponsored project administration. To support this new model, OVPR has created a new Post-Award Research Administrator role, which is Business Office facing.
