Stage 1: Ideation & Startup Creation
What is Ideation?
Ideation is the creative process of generating, developing, and validating new ideas. At this stage, you're exploring whether your concept has potential, who your customers might be, and what problem you're solving.
Key Questions
- Do you have an idea, or do you want to be an entrepreneur?
- How do you find a team?
- Is there a market for your solution?
- What resources do you need to validate your concept?
