"Mentorship is a key aspect of the post-doctoral experience as the mentor/mentee relationship is a complicated one for both parties. As such, the purpose of this interactive workshop is to learn how to navigate the mentoring relationship, including how to promote open communication, work productively, and get the most out of one’s training experience. By the end of the workshop, participants will better understand the essential components of a good mentor-mentee relationship as well as the ethical concerns which arise and how these concerns can be best managed."
