Art
Martin Museum of Art: Exhibitions complement the courses of art history, and studio art taught within the Department of Art. Temporary and traveling art exhibitions featuring nationally and internationally recognized artists are presented throughout the year.
The Art Center of Waco: Exhibits, Includes adult classes and Kid’s Art Lab Saturday half-day classes.
Music
School of Music Events and Recitals: Baylor's School of Music offers regular public performances, many of them free or at low cost. Offerings include vocal and instrumental soloists, ensembles and the Baylor Symphony Orchestra. The Distinguished Artists Series brings world-class guest musicians to campus three to four times per year.
Waco Symphony Orchestra: The Waco Symphony Orchestra offers quality orchestral music for all of Central Texas. The Orchestra, led by music director/conductor Stephen Heyde, features a variety of world-renowned soloists at its Season concerts, which run from September through April.
Film
Black Glasses Film Festival: Originally started by film students in 1999, the Black Glasses Film Festival has grown into an annual event sponsored by Baylor Film & Digital Media to give students an opportunity to showcase their films and reach a wider audience. Black Glasses takes place at the end of each spring semester and is dedicated to exhibiting the best student work in filmmaking and screenwriting.
Baylor Chapel
A Baylor tradition for over 160 years, Chapel Forum meets most Mondays and Wednesdays during the semester to worship, to engage important issues, and to experience wonderful expressions of our Christian faith.
