WACO, Texas (Nov. 8, 2018) – The Baylor Office of Vice Provost for Research announces four scheduled grant writing seminars for the spring 2019 semester. The seminars are open to all full-time faculty and graduate students. As with past seminars, neuroscientist and former director of proposal development at Tufts University, Dr. Peg AtKisson, of AtKisson Training Group, LLC,  will present the curriculum. Scheduled sessions are:

Planning and Writing Successful STEM Proposals
Thursday, January 10, 2019, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Planning and Writing Successful NSF CAREER Award Proposals
Friday, January 11, 2019, 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

Planning and Writing Successful NIH K  Award Proposals
Friday, January 11, 2019, 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Planning and Writing Successful Arts and Humanities Proposals
Tuesday, April 9, 2019, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 

All sessions will be held in BSB D110, with check-in beginning a half hour before start in BSB E234.
